This year’s Goodwill Houston Texas Capital Bank/Smithco Development Golf Classic takes place on October 3, at BlackHorse Golf Club in Cypress. Registration and lunch begin at 11am; competition begins with a shotgun start at noon. Dinner and an awards ceremony will follow the tournament.
