Did you know that when you make a donation to Goodwill Houston or make a purchase from one of our 55 stores in the Houston area that you are helping with our Houston job placement services? Our mission at Goodwill Houston hasn’t changed much since Goodwill was first started in 1902. We’re still here trying to help those that have barriers to employment find work. We do this through our job placement services in Houston TX, as well as our job fairs in Houston TX.
Houston Job for Unemployed
Each time you make a purchase at one of our Goodwill Houston stores, you’re helping us help your community. For every dollar that Goodwill Houston collects through sales, in-kind donations or monetary donations, $.95 goes towards our mission. We’ve now got nine job connection centers in Houston and we help people look for jobs for unemployed in Houston TX every day. We do this through our Houston job fairs and our Houston job placement services. Finding a job can be difficult, especially is someone has barriers in place that make employment even more difficult than normal.
